Therefore, there is a phenomenon that when printed, barcode labels have the same code as previous stamps and the system cannot accurately control the products that have been stamped.

Software operation process:
1. Software for printing stamps
– Planning and Managing production tracking (product type, quantity, time, etc.)

2. Labeling and inspecting goods
– Workers put stamps on products and then put them in the correct position on the conveyor belt
– When the product passes through the sensor, the sensor will activate for the scanner to read the barcode
– The barcode will send data to the computer, then there are 2 cases:
TH1: No fault detected (green light and OK display) -> line continues to run.
TH2: Fault detected (red indicator light, display NG) -> line stops -> workers remove defective products from conveyor belt -> Reset conveyor belt to continue running.
